A high-growth AI and analytics company is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to expand its presence across fintech and financial services in emerging markets. The company provides data-driven and AI-powered solutions, including fraud detection, credit scoring, and customer profiling, that enable businesses to make smarter decisions and accelerate financial inclusion.
This role will focus on generating opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with decision-makers in fintech and financial services. The successful candidate will bring proven business development experience, strong fintech knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a remote, high-performance environment.
Generate and qualify leads across fintech, banking, and financial services segments.
Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
Conduct discovery conversations and coordinate product demos with the sales team.
Manage early-stage deal processes, including needs analysis and proposal support.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and activity log using CRM tools.
Provide market intelligence on fintech trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align outreach with go-to-market strategy.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech or financial services.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in B2B technology or fintech solutions.
Strong understanding of financial services, digital lending, payments, or related fintech ecosystems.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
