As part of its talent development strategy, the company is launching a Graduate Trainee Program (Sales) to attract, train, and retain the next generation of sales professionals. This two-year program offers a structured pathway for ambitious graduates with 0–1 years of experience to build careers in solution sales through training, mentorship, and hands-on commercial exposure.
The Graduate Trainee Program is a two-tier journey:
Year 1 (Training Year): Structured training, mentorship, and quarterly assessments.
Year 2 (Recoupment Year): Full-time employment where trainees contribute to the business as bona fide staff.

Training Year (Year 1)
Participate in structured learning programs designed to build technical and soft skills.
Work under the guidance of mentors and buddies for career support.
Undergo quarterly performance assessments and evaluations.
Receive a fixed training allowance and data support for training.
Successful trainees will be offered full-time employment at the end of Year 1.
Recoupment Year (Year 2)
Transition into a full staff role and apply learned skills to business operations.
Earn a competitive market salary aligned with the cadre at the time of conversion.
Contribute meaningfully to projects, teams, and organizational growth.
BSc (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) or HND (Lower Credit)
0–1 year post-graduation work experience
Maximum age of 27 years by December of the program year
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team-driven environment
High level of integrity and accountability
