Negotiable Instruments Act Section 138

Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Section 8, 46, 138 - Cheque - Drawing or execution of a cheque becomes complete only by delivery - Unless there is delivery of cheque, no liability could be fastened on the drawer.
