Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (V of 1908), Order 14 Rule 5 - Additional issue - When, there were specific pleadings with respect to the Will, it was obligatory on the part of the Court to frame a specific issue with respect to the valid execution of the Will in order to properly adjudicate upon the matter in issue.
