Suit for redemption

Plaintiffs were sons of the mortgagor representing the estate of the mortgagor as LRs (legal representatives). Daughters of the deceased mortgagor were not included in the suit. Daughters had relinquished their share in the property. Suit is not bad for non joinder of necessary parties.
