Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (50 of 2007) Section 22 – Prevention of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 ( 43 of 2005) – Petitioners daughter-in-law has filed a complaint against the mother-in-law and father-in-law under the 2005 Act – That she would embroil them in false cases – These facts clearly reveal the extent of sour-relation between the parties – That if evicted from the demised premises she has no other place to go is also found to be false – Had her parental home in Delhi – Eviction order upheld – However this would not preclude the petitioner from claiming right of residence from her husband in accordance with law.
