Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) Section 100 – Stage Carriage Scheme of 2016 – Offer of allotment was a contingent contract subject to the fulfillment of the stipulations laid therein - It is not in dispute that the writ petitioners failed to fulfill the terms & conditions of the offer of allotment - Thus, under Section 32 of Indian Contract Act, 1872 (9 of 1872) – Such contract is not enforceable.
