Who am I?

I am a 19-year-old Sophomore at Old Dominion University. I have a step sister and a little brother, 

What makes me who I am today is my family who supported me all the way through all of my hard times and kids being drawn to me whenever I'm around them and they can be really fun to be around. Also I really like helping people. Also, when I was growing up through school the teachers that made a difference in my time during school were the ones that made me laugh almost every class and were truly there to help me every time I struggled with an assignment,

Some little bit teaching practice I have done so far would be doing ABC's and numbers and shapes with my little brother.

What I know

Some important things that I know about the world that I can share with others and the classmates is that it can be tough out there, but you can do whatever you put your mind to! I can also teach them to share, and how to work together and hot to stay calm when they are getting upset about something they can't figure out.

What I have to learn

Probably some things that I need to learn are how to get more comfortable with speaking to the parents and the new kids, and more easily remember my students names quicker and do well at knowing the information that I'm going to be teaching my students.

The teacher I will become

I will become a teacher that believes in multiple educational philosophies but mostly existentialism and progressivism and will always do her best to help her students. also I will help them believe that when they grow up they can do anything they put their mind to no matter how hard it is remind the students every week that no matter how hard an assignment or anything is they can always do it! The way I will challenge myself by looking into and asking ways how many different types of students learn. And some ways I will challenge myself to grow as a person,  to learn more about all the individuals I will teach and what you will need to do to reach them are that I will be there every time they need anything and I will take time to get to know all of them!
