Primary Teaching

Primary school teachers teach young children from the ages of four to 11. You’ll ensure children have good numeracy and literacy levels before going on to secondary school. You’ll plan lessons and assess work based on standards set out in the curriculum.

By training to teach primary school children, you’ll make an extraordinary impact during some of the most crucial years of a child’s development. No two days will ever be the same as you teach subjects across the curriculum.
