Key stage 3

In years 7 and 8 you will be taught about the humanities through the following subjects: history, geography and religious studies (RE). The humanities develops an awareness and understanding of the changing world and nations in which we live. Particularly concerned with developing the geographical, historical, spiritual, economic, social, moral and political awareness.


In addition, you will also have an extensive language education in either French or Spanish. This will help you improve your linguistic skills and improve your understanding of different cultures and traditions in Europe and the wider world.
