In year 7 and 8, you will begin to study a range of subjects that enable you to have a greater understanding of health and social care. These include studying the human body in the sciences, learning key interpersonal skills in PSHE and developing your understanding of fitness in PE. All of these will help you to develop the nurturing personality and scientific knowledge to be able to thrive in the allied health professions of nursing, midwifery, social work and social care.
