Treasurer

Responsibilities 

The Treasurer is responsible for...

• • • • • collecting and managing payments (such as donations and event fees) from the SA community

        • collecting player signatures on waivers of legal responsibility

        • ensuring everyone at game is over the age of 18 and fit to play

        • keeping the Org's books and prepare financial reports for NW LARPers

        • working with site to pay site fees

        • approving and tracking expenses from other departments

You will often see the Treasurer assisting Check-In with non-character paperwork, taking money, and signing people in. Please keep in mind that legal waivers must be signed by players at least once a year.
