collecting and managing payments (such as donations and event fees) from the SA community
collecting player signatures on waivers of legal responsibility
ensuring everyone at game is over the age of 18 and fit to play
keeping the Org's books and prepare financial reports for NW LARPers
working with site to pay site fees
approving and tracking expenses from other departments
You will often see the Treasurer assisting Check-In with non-character paperwork, taking money, and signing people in. Please keep in mind that legal waivers must be signed by players at least once a year.
