The “Washington my Health my Data Act” has several pitfalls that we as an organization can be held liable for if we fail to meet their strict requirements. As a result as of November 2025, Shadow Accord will no longer require covid tests or proof of a Covid Vaccination. As an organization, we recognize and understand concern for individuals around Covid and covid policies. If you have any questions please reach out to XOs and/or the Safety team.
We do ask that all players ensure they are healthy to play. Please stay home if you have fever, diarrhea, vomiting, new or worsening cough, or other symptoms of illness. If you are unable attend due to being sick, reach out to the treasurer for a refund.
Masks are recommended but not required during our event. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at “safety stations” in six different locations around site for players to use as they see fit.
Masks worn for COVID safety are not considered to be part of a disguise. If you’re unsure if someone is using a disguise or not, please use OOG signals to clarify.
If the risk of infection is rising, masking will be required for that event.
