Check-In takes place in the Tavern (Perry) Lodge, in the back area next to the bathrooms. The lodge is located across from the pedestrian entrance to the parking lot, on the main road through the site.
If you will be playing a new character, you must have already had the Character Guides approve your character. It is possible to have a new character CGed on-site or finish an incomplete CGing for a new character, but that is at the discretion of the CG team. Bring a list of what you would like on your character sheet, what if any production items you wish to purchase, which if any rituals you wish to purchase, and which if any tags you need to get.
If you are playing a new character and have not received Character Guide approval, it is possible by Character Guide discretion for you to still play. However, you will have limited options for what type of character you can play. Some players who have started but not completed the CG process may have their character concept approved at game, but this is at the discretion of the Character Guides, not Check-In staff.
If you are playing a returning character, bring a copy of your character sheet. Know what if any production items you wish to purchase, which if any rituals you wish to purchase, and which if any tags you need to get.
If you have not prepaid, bring your payment method to Check-In, where the Treasurer will process your payment.
If you have not prepaid and you are checking in late, you must bring cash to cover the event fee. No other form of payment will be accepted.
First, you'll sign the sign-in sheet and proceed to the next available Check-In team member. Having a list of who is on site is important for legal and safety reasons.
You'll sit down with a Check-In team member, and then you can spend your XP as you get your character sheet updated. Next, move to the production/ritual table to get your tags and any other production needs met.
Be sure to bring your weapons to have them checked by Safety team before going into game. If you are doing a late check-in, a member of ST team will go over your weapons.
Shadow Accord rulebooks are available to peruse while you are in line.
Once you are checked in, you may get into game.
If you know you will arrive to game late, email sa.checkin@nwlarpers.org by the Thursday before game. When you arrive to site, go to ST camp for check-in. Bring your weapons, character sheet, and all other necessary items to ST camp as you would to normal Check-In.
