Pre-Game Checklist

Here are any and all forms you may need to fill out before a game

Registration Form-MANDATORY. This form helps staff with an estimate of who all will show up and what characters will be played. This form also serves as a checklist for players to ensure they're getting everything submitted.

Tickets-If you want to pay ahead of time (cash on site is also acceptable)

Medical Accommodation Form

For sleeping arrangements, check the #housing-and-lodging channel on the Discord.

For food arrangements, a meal plan is usually offered through the Wandering Bear, the main tavern building on site. For updates and how to get on that, check out the #meals-and-snacks channel on the Discord.
