Wendy Kinneberg Pieper was a letterwinner in volleyball, basketball and track. Wendy was the high jump state champion and EDC Champion in 1984 and 1986. She was named to the All-EDC and All-State volleyball teams as an individual. Wendy attended the University of North Dakota and was an All-American in high jump in 1988, 1989 and 1990, and All-NCC those same years, earning two conference titles. Wendy is the current outdoor record holder in the high jump at UND, and the former record holder in the indoor high jump. She is also the current Red River high jump school record holder. Following her collegiate career, she spent a decade coaching the jumping events at West Fargo High School.Â
