Positive Daily Practice

Well life is in disarray from Covid’s impact on all of us; it’s very important to keep a positive mindset in life. A good tactic to keep positive is by starting your day with a little bit of mediation. Every morning, I clear my head and get a fresh perspective. Usually, I do this even while lying in bed for just a couple of minutes. Having a grasp on what you want to achieve and do at the beginning of the day is beneficial to your mental health and academic focus. After my day, I usually reflect right before I go to sleep. I think about what I accomplished, what made me happy, what I could work on more, and I go to sleep content with myself and my day. That’s one way I keep positive in these stressful times.
