"Together Against Food Waste"

In 2021, food waste is an important issue, but it is also underestimated, because tons upon tons of food are wasted in the richest and most industrialized countries every year, almost reaching one billion; on the other hand, the poorest countries are ignored, where a minimum daily meal is not even guaranteed, like in Africa but also in Asia and unfortunately in many other developing countries.

So, what can we really do to come to an end with this problem!?

For example, making the greatest use of our food, without throwing away too much waste and, if possible, recycling the most of it even in different dishes and preparations.Thanks to technology, almost every house has refrigerators and freezers where food can be stored longer rather than throwing it away. Or even food at risk of rotting or deteriorating can be saved by storing it in a freezer where the temperature of -18C ° allows prolonged storage of the food itself.
