Joanna:

Passionate advocate for education and transformative leadership. Driven by a deep commitment to academic excellence, she currently holds the esteemed position of Director of Studies at Aii Language Center. 

With a diverse background in academia and administration, she has successfully trained head teachers and implemented effective strategies for staff and teacher development. Armed with a degree in Political Science and Bachelors of Law, she has been shaping young minds since 2004, teaching students from Pre-Kid to undergraduate levels. 

Embark on this remarkable journey with her as she continues to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders through education.

Jomar

Jomar comes from a humble family of educators and professionals from Bogna, Bacon District, and Sorsogon City, Philippines. He is a licensed educator with a degree in education. His employment history includes employment at an international school, language schools, universities, and an NGO. He has also held leadership roles such as program coordinator at the CIA First Language Center and co-founder and former director of a small learning center. He started his official teaching career in Cambodia and is committed to empowering both educators and students.

He has also actively participated in professional development opportunities by attending national and regional conferences (CamELT) and presenting at international workshops and conferences (CamTESOL since 2019, ISPP CIEC since 2023, ELLSA 2024) focusing on collaboration and leadership, language learning, curriculum design, and other disciplines.

He also considers himself to be a self-directed learner and a very reflective person who learns more, keeps a record of his reflections, and develops opportunities and ideas to improve himself. Then he shares his ideas with others that he considers valuable and applicable.
