This is a dynamic and interactive workshop for leaders, or those who wish to become leaders, where participants will delve into the art of having difficult conversations. Guided by the insights of Jennifer Abrams and Kendall Zoller, this 60-minute session explores the nuances of difficult conversations, emphasizing empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Participants will examine real-life scenarios, engage in role-play activities, and gain practical strategies to navigate challenging discussions with colleagues, parents, and administrators. From understanding the human element of emotional communication to scripting and implementing strategies for successful conversations, this workshop equips educators with the tools to foster open dialogue, build strong professional relationships, and contribute to a positive and collaborative school environment.
