Shaping Your Story

Workshop Description: 

This professional development opportunity for you to take some time to reflect on your core values, explore examples in your life and practice storytelling. This session includes ideas from leaders such as Simon Sinek, Brene Brown and the book 5 Ways of Being: What Learning Leaders think, do and say every day by Gavin Grift, Heather De Blaiso and Jane Danvers.

Learner Outcomes:

- Define their core values

- Explore storytelling through reflective writing

- Practice telling a story

Presenter

I am the Elementary Assistant Principal at the International School of Phnom Penh. I have been in education for over 20 years and have taught in six different countries. I have always been interested in storytelling and recently inquired into another layer through the lens of leadership.
