Presenter:

Mr. Jomar B. Conde hails from a modest background of educators and professionals in Bacon District, Sorsogon City, Philippines. He holds a valid teaching license and has obtained a degree in education. Throughout his career, he has worked in various educational institutions, including international schools, language schools, universities, and an NGO. In addition to his teaching roles, he has also taken on administrative positions, such as program coordinator at the CIA First Language Center, and has co-founded a small learning center. His teaching journey began in Cambodia, where he dedicated himself to empowering both educators and students.

Moreover, Mr. Conde actively seeks opportunities for professional growth and development. He actively participates in national conferences, such as CamELT, and international conferences, including CamTESOL since 2019 and ISPP CIEC 2023. These conferences focus on fostering collaboration, leadership, language learning, curriculum design, and other related fields. Additionally, he has a keen interest in debate and public speaking. He has been honored with the role of a judge in significant events like the 9th National Debating Championship 2023's primary rounds and has also been a speaker in IGNITE Talk.

Mr. Conde considers himself a self-directed learner. He possesses a curious nature and diligently keeps a record of his reflections. He actively seeks out opportunities and ideas for self-improvement and willingly shares his knowledge with those he believes will benefit from it. He values the importance of continuous learning and strives to make a positive impact in the lives of others through his teachings and contributions.
