How to optimize student's learning outcomes by using different pedagogical 

Workshop Description:

In front of students, next to students, behind students, and away from students are four different mental teaching positions a teacher can have.

This workshop is about what students learn from different positions the teacher takes in his teaching. Here will be practical examples of different types of teaching methods used depending on the teacher's mental position, e.g. how to differentiate teaching, work with project-based learning, and how to give feedback to students.

Learner Outcomes: 

The workshop will be a presentation in Khmer of the different methods and is aimed towards everyone who works with children and young people's learning.

Can use different mental positions in his teaching.

Assess which position and method is most suitable for the desired learning outcome.

We have been working in educations for 6 years and we have been trained by the trainer from Denmark who is expert of Educations . Moreover, We also have been delivering the Pedagogy and learning training for 3 courses to teachers from difference NGOs. We train teachers to be able to use modern methods effectively to promote better students learning.
