30 minutes talk, 30 minutes workshop in total. Participants will be given prompts and will answer questions in pairs.

Develop practical skills in helping co-workers learn.

Specify usual workplace practices and find ways to improve them.

I'm a science teacher here in Cambodia. I worked as an associate of North Minds Learning Consultancy (NMLC) in the Philippines before moving here in Cambodia. One of NMLC's responsibilities is collaborating with government organizations to support trainings and seminars for farmers, youth, leaders, and government personnel. I took roles as photo and report documenter, sound man, emcee, facilitator and resource person in these trainings.

An adult (18 up) perceives learning differently with that of a child. They need to be taught differently if they are in the same room with kids. There are methods. Together, let's find it.
