Dear Parents/Carers,
Year 6 had a busy lesson in science where they made models of the eye to show how they see things. They also had another week of swimming lessons and it has been great to see the progress they have made in such a short amount of time. They also had their last ever individual Maundene school photo on Thursday - please look out for the card with the QR code coming home to access the proof.
Year 5 have completed their double page spread in science clearly showing all the new vocabulary they have learnt and also the sticky knowledge they have retained. They also had their school photos on Thursday - please look out for the card with the QR code coming home to access the proof.
Year 4 have been showing the sticky knowledge which they have retained in history and have created double page spreads to illustrate this. They used their prior knowledge and vocabulary to support with this. They also had their school photos on Thursday - please look out for the card with the QR code coming home to access the proof.
Year 3 had their school photos on Thursday - please look out for the card with the QR code coming home to access the proof. They also had the opportunity to dress up for halloween and it was great to see so many amazing costumes. We hope they have a fab time at their halloween disoo after school.
Year 2 have been continuing their geography learning and were using climate graphs to support their understanding of the seasonal patterns in Australia. Did you know that the warmest month in Australia is usually January? They also had their school photos on Thursday - please look out for the card with the QR code coming home to access the proof.

Please can you ensure you are not parking across driveways or in allocated bays. We strongly encourage people to if you can or park in Morrisons car park and walk up to school.
