Task 1 - Getting started with Developer tools

Learning goal - We are learning how to use developer tools to inspect page tags, edit CSS and find and fix errors. 

1. Watch the video on Chrome Dev Tools up to the 5min mark.

2.  Open the site you have made to learn the basics of HTML and CSS.

3. Create a screen recording using screencastify of you using developer tools to edit the HTML and CSS. 

4. Save the video and submit it through the task on Google Classroom.

Task 2 - Simulating different device sizes with developer tools

Learning goal - We are learning how to use dev tools to test how websites display on different screen sizes. 

1. Watch the video on Simulating mobile devices with device mode on development tools. 

2.  Open a range of existing websites and use the responsive mode to see what sites look like on different screen sizes.

Task 3 - Lighthouse report 

Learning goal - We are learning to use the Lighthouse function to evaluate how well the website meets accessibility guidelines. 

1. Watch the video on testing accessibility with a Lighthouse audit. 

2.  Open the site you have made to learn the basics of HTML and CSS.

3.  Create a screen recording of you performing an accessibility audit on the site and improve it if required. 

4. Submit this through google classroom.
