Task 1: Create a Mood board
1) Read the task in the task sheet
2) Read through the resource to the right to learn about different types of mood boards and what a mood board could look like in different contexts. E.g. UI design, website, print, mobile
app.
3) Present your mood board however you wish.

Task 7: Selecting an Idea
Select an idea to continue with
Put a tick next to it - Make sure it is clear what design or parts of a design you are continuing to develop
Explain why this is an appropriate design, refer to how it meets,

Task 8: Modelling the design & Applying UX methodologies
Read the task sheet
Take the selected thumbnail sketches and make them larger so the layout, positioning and size of elements are clear. Consider using a grid to help with the layout.
Go to Google fonts and try different fonts and how they will pair together. You should try, heading, subheading and body text. Use feedback to refine it.
Use Canva's colour tools to trial different colour schemes, e.g. write the topic in and see what it produces, use an image to generate a colour scheme, and learn how colours have different meanings.
Make changes to improve the design based on feedback, UX methodologies and testing. Record the changes.
Present this clearly in your Google slide.
Task 9: Presenting the final design

Present the final sketches
Present selected colour scheme, font and logo options, as a one-page style guide for your project.
Reflection of how the design is fit for purpose.
