Task 2 - Trello & breaking up the project into smaller components
Look at what you designed in 3.2 to help you work out what you need to do in what order.
Update your existing trello board with the tasks you are going to need to do to develop your site.
Continue to use your Trello board throughout the development of your site and take part in class Scrum meetings.
We will also be setting milestones as a class to help keep us on track.
Setting up version Control & Asset management.
Set up folders for each outcome, along with folders for assets such as images.
For each outcome, you will be required to save versions of it.
You should also be backing up your work on your Google Drive.
You will need to submit evidence of BOTH your version control and asset management in your Google Slide.
Developing the print outcomes
In this task, you are required to develop your outcome and show how you have used testing, trialling and end-user feedback to improve both the outcome(s) as a whole and individual components (e.g. graphics, fonts, layout, etc).
Here is a set-up check-list to help you get started with your project
Remember to test your outcome in situ. For example, Print tests or showing how the image would display on a social media platform.
You can present this task however you like, this could be on your Google Slide, on your Trello Board or in a table on a Google Doc.
Remember to reference any assets that are not yours on the site.
Final testing
Complete final testing for your print outcomes. You can still make changes/ refinements to your site after this final testing.
Show your outcomes functioning correctly as exported file types and printed. Check for colours, contrast, readability, legibility and the layout displays correctly and nothing has been cut off.
Outcomes should be tested in their intended environment. E.g. how they would look as an Instagram post or printed on and displayed on a wall.
Make improvements based on this testing and repeat any test required.
