Module 1
Pupils will be taught:
Discuss and apply their own and others’ ideas about ethical questions, including ideas about what is right and wrong and what is just and fair, and express their own ideas clearly in response.
We considered what it means to be a role model. This can be someone who inspires other to do the right thing.

We considered what these things meant and why they are important. We considered this from a Christian point of view but also as a value to have in everyday life.

Module 2
Pupils will be taught:
Observe and understand varied examples of religious and non-religious worldviews so that they can explain, with reasons, their meanings and significance to individuals and communities;
Understand the challenges of commitment to a community of faith or belief, suggesting why belonging to a community may be valuable, both in the diverse communities being studied and in their own lives;
Observe and consider different dimensions of religion, so that they can explore and show understanding of similarities and differences between different religions and worldviews.
We will be looking at how different religions remember people. We will consider how they do this, the importance of this to believers.
We considered how these religions are similar and different and different in their approaches.
As part of our learning we relfected on the festival celebrated by Jews,Hindus and Christians across the world not just the UK.
Module 3
Pupils will be taught:
Explore and describe a range of beliefs, symbols and actions so that they can understand different ways of life and ways of expressing meaning;
Understand the challenges of commitment to a community of faith or belief, suggesting why belonging to a community may be valuable, both in the diverse communities being studied and in their own lives;
Observe and consider different dimensions of religion, so that they can explore and show understanding of similarities and differences between different religions and worldviews.
We considered the commitment of marriage that forms the jounrey of some people.
We looked at a marriage from a Christian, Hindu and non-religious perspective. We compared the promises made, service and celebrations that take place for each.
