Course overview
Learners have now finished working on their controlled assessment (NEA), the focus now will be on revision. We will be following a revision schedule along with exam question preparation techniques. Learners must ensure they are completing the work for IS after each session, this could include adding more detail to notes, creating flash cards or working on practice questions.
Key Concept:
Client based iterative design & visual problem solving
Assessment Points:
We will have mini tests after each topic which will include past questions on the topics we have covered. This will allow both us and the learners to see if there are gaps in their knowledge.
Guidance:
Sessions will be taught with a focus covering the different AQA units, some will be the core theory and then in each specialism we will go into the detail for the specialist processes.
Practice past papers will be shared, along with the mark schemes that learners can work on at home.
Learners will also use the subject audits to allow them to see how they are moving forward in terms of being confident of their knowledge.
