Course overview - Study Period 3 and 4
During the first half term, study period 3, learners will spend quality time analysing and redrafting the questions in their Mock Exams, whilst correcting the gaps in their knowledge of topics covered.
For the remaining first half term and the second half of the term, learners will then commence learning sessions to increase their general knowledge on the eight units of work covered for their AQA GCSE exam in Computer Science. Common topics will also be delivered to learners to ensure that their understanding is increased. Exam technique and methods to achieve higher marks in the longer questions is also covered. Learners are also taught, in much more detail, exemplary answers to Paper 1 Python Coding questions.

Guidance:
Learners will receive guidance in a variety of ways. These include marked assessments, reports, verbal feedback, written feedback in books, 1:1 interaction, Google Classroom and whole class feedback.
