Welcome back and Welcome HOME Bears!
We are so excited to kick off this new school year Monday, July 29th from 4-7 for our Open House. Please understand that teachers will have JUST arrived back to the building that morning, so we will all be ready to meet and greet, but there is plenty of work that will need to be done before students arrive on Friday. Thank you in advance for your positive outlook and grace!
Please be sure to remind yourselves and your students about the dress code to get your child off on the right foot. IDs should be distributed on the first day as well. Lastly, please be mindful of the traffic flow for drop off. No one should be turning left from the middle school (coming up the hill from the baseball fields) into the high school parking lot in the morning; that is reserved for our buses for safety reasons.
I can't believe a new school year is upon us again, but it is going to be a great one! Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
You are welcome to update your Infinite Campus Information Here.
Make good choices, love you, and Go Bears!

IDs and Dress Code
Our Dress Code is listed below, and a great visual reminder was created by one of our teachers is referenced to the right.
IDs are part of our school dress code and are issued to all students and staff and are expected to be visibly worn on a lanyard around the neck during the school day.
Please consider these guidelines when purchasing Back to School clothes. While our first concern is that students remain in class, students who consistently defy the dress code will have consequences beginning with calling a parent or guardian to bring other clothing to school and ending with possible ISS for not following school rules.
"See something, Send Something" - help keep our system and students safe. If you or your student have a concern, please go to hallco.org or cbhs.hallco.org and click the yellow button to anonymously leave information to help keep our community safe and secure. See the picture below (This is just a picture, not a clickable link).
Throughout the year the counselors will be sharing information for students and families. For a quick connection to what is happening in our counseling office, please click the link below.
All lunchroom balances must be paid off each month. Balances carry over year to year. It is also important to remember that you are unable to walk at graduation without having a $0 balance. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call. Below is the link to look at your personalized MyPaymentPlus account.
Is your student 16? If so, they MUST have the Meningitis Booster.
Reminder: All Immunization MUST be up-to-date. If you have a student turning 16 they are due an immunization that must be on file at the school.

Get ready for a great year in CTAE!
We have completed all of our athletic seasons. This year brought tremendous success for all programs. Our most recent achievements for our spring athletic programs include a Final 4 appearance for Girls Soccer, several podium finishes at the State Track Meet, a State Championship appearance (Runner-Up) for Baseball, and a STATE Championship appearance (CHAMPION) for an individual female golfer, Alisa Presley. We are so proud of everyone this season and can't wait to get going again in the Fall! Have a great summer!
