SPRING IS HERE

We continue to recognize the unique, uncertain, and stressful times we are in. At school, we are doing everything we can to keep your child safe and happy. We want to continue to provide a space for them to continue to learn and grow. Thank you for all that you are doing to support us. We know it is hard and many of us are going through COVID fatigue. We do know how hard it is to follow AHS guidelines, how it can be tough for families. I know how badly we all want to return to normal and we thank you for continued diligence. The end is in sight. I know there is more and more difference of opinions, but what we do know is that we all want to keep all of the students and families safe.

As the weather continues to improve, we remind you that our playground continues to be closed, which includes the sandbox. We ask students who are waiting for siblings, to just wait off the equipment.

Just a reminder, that we do not want students to bring toys and stuffies to school.

SOBEYS AND NO FRILLS GIFT CARD FUNDRAISER

As you may know, we had to cancel our Quebec trip last year due to Covid. As travel is not possible for quite some time, we have leftover gift cards that we will be selling. We have changed the fundraiser to include the entire school and the money raised will go towards a scooter dock for our school. You can purchase the gift cards through PowerSchool. There are different value increments available, and as they become sold out, they will not show as available for purchase.

We can send small amounts home with students as per your request, however large amounts will be picked up at the front door of the school. If you have any questions, please call our office at 780-929-8663. Thank you for your support!

PARENT COUNCIL AND FUNDRAISING SOCIETY MEETINGS

We have a meeting this Wednesday, April 21. 6:30pm Fundraising. 7:00 Parent Council.
