Usain Bolt
Usain Bolt is the fastest living man on Earth; he holds 2 world records and the 4 x 100m relay. He prefers to run short sprints, 100m and 200m.
Early life
Bolt was born in Jamaica on the 21st of August 1986. When Bolt was at school in 1998 he became the fastest person there.
Early career
In 2001 he won his first high school championship run, and at the age of 17 he was awarded the Austin Sealy trophy for the most outstanding athlete of the games. He became a professional athlete when he was 18 in 2004.
Professional career
When Bolt was 21 he won a silver medal in Japan for the world championship final in 2007. Next year he won a staggering 3 gold medals in his first Olympics in Beijing in China.
At the age of 26 Bolt had the determination and competed in the London 2012 Olympics and won 3 gold medals AGAIN! And set a new world for Jamaica in the 200 meters, but he had a false start at Diego on the 14th of February.
