MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
The children researched, listened, imagined, experimented, designed, created, improved, discovered, presented and asked lots of questions about what life on Mars might be like if we tried living there. The most realistic part of the week was working in a team which was a mixture of ages, personalities and interests.

I liked Mission to Mars week, but my favourite part was the astrodome. I would really love to go in it again. www.astrodome.tv - Grace, 6A
I thought Mission to Mars was an ambitious challenge for students and staff, but overall it was great fun. Working with other classes was an excellent opportunity to get to know people in other years. The only thing I thought wasn't so good was that we didn't get much time to finish off our work. Maddy, 6A :)
I thought the week was really fun and the Astrodome was my favourite part of the whole week. I liked working with people from other years. Amy, 6A

In each classroom there will be five groups which will be named after one of the stars in the constellation.
Do you know who these people are?
Thank You, Daily Telegraph!
To make Mission to Mars successful, we have needed help from others. The Daily Telegraph very kindly helped us by donating hundreds of copies of their broadsheet newspaper. You'll have to wait to find out what they will be used for and you can thank the Year 6 children for all their hard preparation work.
