Black Innovators in STEM

Black Innovators in STEM:
Shortly before March Break, Imhotep's Legacy Academy visited J.L. and put on a very informative exhibition about Black inventors and innovators. There were tons of booths that students could visit to learn about Black contributions to the Science, Technology, Enigneering, and Mathematics fields. Students even had a scavenger hunt to complete and there were lots of prizes to be won!

Imhotep's Legacy Academy has many engaging programs available. The organization is focused on improving success of African-Nova Scotian youth.
