The 2024-2025 school year has kicked off!

We are now 2 months into the school year. Here are some events that happened and some events we have happening in the future!

Spirit Week: We had lots of themed days for our Spirit Weeks which inlcuded Dress Like a Celebrity Day, Disney Day, Country Club vs. Country Cowboy/Cowgirls and much more. It is so great to see lots of students participating!

Rosie the Therapy Dog: Rosie is going to become a regular visitor at J.L. Rosie and her owner will be visiting school about once a month. Keep an eye out for her...she loves cuddles!

Homework Club: Every Wednesday at the Capt. William Spry Centre from 3:30-5:30pm there will be a Homework Club where students can get assistance with their assignments.

Halloween Dance: October 30th

Academic Awards: October 30th in the morning

Take Our Kids to Work Day (Grade 9's): November 6th

Prom Bingo: November 7th

No School (Remembrance Day): November 11th
