It has been an exciting two months for J.L sports! Our Basketball and Hockey seasons are in full swing and nearing their finish soon. Our basketball teams have had a successful season so far. They’ve gotten the opportunity to have Eastlink come and cover their games one night this season. Our hockey teams have also had a great season, specifically our girls team who finished first in their entire league. The girls passed the round robin in their playoffs and are now playing to win playoffs and clench a spot in their provincials. The boys have started up their playoffs as well. The girls are proud to send players Grace Driscoll, Hannah MacNaughton, Cadence Holt, and Brooklyn Veinot to this year's girls all star game. The game takes place February 15th 8:30-10:30 pm in Sackville. Keep your eye for all the rest to come with our teams and their playoffs. Coming up is our rugby and field hockey season so if you're interested please come out and try!
