"Project Resurge: Flipping Fortunes" is a super cool simulation where you can learn all about buying, fixing up, and selling houses to make money. It's like a game that teaches you how to be really good at flipping houses. You'll learn things like how to find the right houses to buy, how to make them look awesome, and how to sell them for a lot more money than you paid. It's all about planning, being creative, and making smart financial decisions. By playing this simulation, you'll become a master at flipping houses and making lots of money!

Goals For A Final Project:
In the "Real Estate Career Simulation: Flip a House Project," middle schoolers engage in a hands-on experience of purchasing, improving, and reselling homes for profit. Using Google Docs and Sheets, students select a home, plan renovations within a budget, design the space using floorplanner.com, and create a professional marketing add showcasing their renovated property. The instructor can add their own twist by having the students create a treat or making something to accent the entry way of their house.

Open House "Food or Treat Display"
Students will plan, prepare, and present a snack or special treat to enhance the open house experience and attract potential buyers to their home.
DIY Home Décor Sewing Project
In this project, students will explore the intersection of sewing and home decor by creating a sewn item that can be used to enhance the interior design of a house.
Students will choose from various options such as throw pillows, table runners, curtains, or decorative wall hangings. They will learn basic sewing techniques and principles of fabric selection to create their chosen item.
Throughout the project, students will document their progress, including the planning, cutting, sewing, and finishing stages. They will also consider color schemes, patterns, and texture to ensure their sewn item complements the overall aesthetics of a room.
