Dear Parents,

Welcome to the Year 2 section of the Hub, where you will find information about your children's home learning for the next few weeks.

Below are our expectations of the amount and type of learning that Year 2 children should be doing at home. If your child is in one of the keyworker groups at school they will be accessing some of this during their time at school and should work on the rest on their days at home.

Hopefully you have all been able to access the learning for the first two days of lockdown; later today we will be publishing the next couple of days' learning, and from then on will publish a week's worth at a time - you will be able to view these on separate pages under the 'Year 2' tab on this Hub. We intend for all of the links and everything you need to be on here, but if you are having any issues with accessing things, please do get in touch with us at year2@evendons-primary.co.uk and we will respond as soon as we are able.

Please also take a look at some of our sub pages to support you and your child with handwriting, reading and further websites and apps that can be used during this home learning period.

It is important to read through the Remote Learning and Safeguarding letter that was sent out on Wednesday 6th January. Please ensure you have read this and shared the important details of using Zoom with your child. Please bare with us whilst we explore how these sessions are best organised. We are really looking forward to giving live sessions a go and seeing our classes in a safe and sensible way.
