Make sure they are going to eastpennsd.schoology.com and signing in with their EPSD Google account. If they are going to schoology.com they will not be able to login
The device they are working on is logged in as another user such as a parent who doesn't have the same abilities as students. Have them log out of any Google accounts that they may be logged into the device they are working on
You may be logged into Google/Schoology but it most likely means that your Google Drive inside of Schoology isn't connected or there was a lost connection at some point.
You have two options to reconnect:
1. In an actual Schoology/Google assignment, there is a spot that says "Can't see document? Click here". That will prompt you to reconnect your Drive
2. You can also go to "Resources", then "Apps", then "Google Drive Resource App" and under "Account Settings", log out and then connect
