"No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance."
The Eastern York School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations, including in enrollment and employment.

Title IX Non Discrimination Statement:
The Eastern York School District does not discriminate in any manner, including Title IX sexual harassment, in any district education program or activity. The district has established Title IX personnel to promptly respond to concerns and reports of sexual harassment and assault. All investigations into reports of sexual harassment and assault will be impartial, free of bias and conflicts, and will not prejudge the facts for either side. The District strives to maintain an environment where all students, staff, and greater community feel safe.

Title IX Coordinator
The Title IX Coordinator manages the Title IX process. This includes meeting with complainants and respondents, providing information on Title IX, training employees, ensuring deadlines are being met and overserved, ensuring investigators and decision-makers understand their role, ensuring the investigators and decision makers are conflict free, authorizing the investigation, implementing supportive measures, and implementing corrective measures. How to Get Help or File a Complaint:
If you believe that you or a student or staff member has been sexually harassed or sexually assaulted, you can report the incident(s) to any school staff member or the district's Title IX coordinator.
