Eastern York School District Board of School Directors establishes performance objectives for the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent on an annual basis.
Standard 1 - The Assistant Superintendent will oversee the implementation of a teacher and principal effectiveness evaluation system within the district that includes student achievement and/or growth measures and aligns to State expectations.

Standard 2 - The Assistant Superintendent will recommend a new or revised instructional district framework model for social-emotional learning, bullying prevention, and career education.

Standard 3 - The Assistant Superintendent will co-develop a long-term, goal-oriented plan for enhancing STEM education. The Assistant Superintendent will formulate a timeline to address STEM goals.
Standard 4 - The Assistant Superintendent will recommend a new or revised K-5 mathematics instructional program and implementation plan to the Board for approval.
