Q: WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR GETTING A WORK PERMIT?
A: An application for a work permit may be obtained from the Issuing Officer, Mrs. Sullivan in the High School Counseling Office. A parent or legal guardian must appear before the issuing officer to SIGN the application. If the parent is unable to appear, then an Attestation Document must also be completed. This document requires the parent appear before a notary. Upon completion of the application the permit will be issued.
