This course is designed to help each student understand and experience better personal health and fitness through increased cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and tone. Activities to promote personal fitness will include but not be limited to body measurement and weigh-ins, calisthenics, stretching and flexibility training, plyometrics, power walking, race walking, jogging, rugby, soccer, fitness circuits, weight training and fitness testing. This is a required class for graduation for all P.E. students. This is a textbook as well as an activity class.
