Prerequisite: Principles of Ag, Food, and Natural Resources-Intro to Welding

The student will have the opportunity to develop skills in shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding, oxy-acetylene cutting, plasma cutting,  and the construction of equipment needed for agricultural uses. Areas will include safety procedures, use and identification of metals, design of structures, repairs of equipment, and use of hand and power tools related to metal fabrication.
