APPROACH
Theoretical/project based
This course aims at providing the students with the basic tools to use 2D and 3D drawing software for space modelling and visualisation. The teaching method will be based on front lectures, followed by specific practical exercises.
The programme grants 12 credits, divided as follows:
CAD: 3 CFA
DIGITAL DRAWING: 3 CFA
Successful students will be able to:
Use the basic controls of the two software applications
Master the basic tools of CAD software
Create 3D models
Create technical drawings
Basics of 2D and 3D drawing software
Development of a given project
Specific practical exercises
This is a theoretical/project based course.
Students will take part in the following activities, which may vary depending on the development of different projects:
Classroom lectures
Use of tutorials, videos or other media tools
Exercises and revisions
Workshops
Individual or group projects
Individual or group study and research
Assessment tools may include:
Oral exams
Graded exercises/reviews
Submission of papers, projects or research work
