Tie: not be too wide or too narrow, style and colour not be too fancy.

What is Business Causal 甚麼是商務休閒?
It is understood as “half suit” which means wearing only a shirt and trousers with or without a tie, or changing one or two elements of a suit to leisure, such as changing trousers to dark jeans.
這可以被理解成「半套西裝」，即只穿恤衫西褲打呔/不打呔，或是將西裝的一至兩個元素改成休閒，例如將西褲改成深色牛仔褲。

Smart casual wear is a kind of “decent” casual wear without a standard.
正式休閑裝，是一種「體面」的休閒穿著，並沒有統一標準。
Although smart casual wear has greater freedom of matching, there are a few things to be aware of:
avoid wearing too bright colours 避免穿著過於鮮艷的顏色
not to have too many accessories 身上飾品不宜過多
men should not wear shorts and women should not wear shorts or miniskirts 男士不宜穿著短褲，女士不宜穿著短褲或迷你裙
do not wear sandals 不要穿涼鞋
