Hong Kong International Airport is a transportation hub in the Asia-Pacific region. In recent years, passenger capacity and cargo volume have grown and driven the local aviation to flourish. With the increase in demand for the manpower of aviation, some airlines hold large-scale job fairs every year and attract more and more young people to join this sector. Lately, many colleges and universities offer aviation-related professional courses to cultivate talented people in Hong Kong.

香港國際機場是亞太區的交通樞紐，近年載客量和貨運量持續增長，帶動本地航空業蓬勃發展。航空業人才需求隨著增加，部分航空公司每年定期舉辦大型招聘會，吸引了不少年輕人投身行業。近年不少大專院校開辦航空相關的專業課程，培養本地航空人才。

Generally, people working in Aviation Industry do NOT have a fixed working schedule, their working hours and monthly income are highly dependent on the flights they get (especially for flight attendant and pilot). It is suitable for those who love travelling and are into customer service.
