Entrance Requirements

**The levels/grades indicated below are the minimum acceptable but possession of these qualifications in no way guarantees acceptance.

**Non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students can use one of the following qualifications to replace HKDSE Chinese Language Level 3 to meet the entrance requirement.

• HKDSE Applied Learning Chinese “Attained” or above

• GCEAL/AS Chinese grade E or above

• GCSE/IGCSE Chinese grade E / grade 3 or above

General Entrance Requirements

*M1/M2 will be recognised as equivalent to one of the full electives in fulfilling the University Entrance Requirement

* "Attained with Distinction (I)" or "Attained with Distinction (II)" in Applied Learning subjects (excluding Applied Learning Chinese) will be used as additional supporting information.

*Other Language subjects will be used as unspecified elective subjects. [Minimum requirement: Grade E]

Programme-Specific Entrance Requirements

Science-related: at least one Science elective
Artificial Intelligence: Level 3 in Mathematics
Engineering-related: at least one Science elective + Level 3 in Mathematics
Business-related: Level 4 in English + Level 3 in Mathematics
